Coaching sessions are always intuitively tailor made for each of my beautiful clients. 

In this way it is deeply specific to the person it is prepared for. 

The coaching package proposal is formulated post an explorative session with me. 

This explorative session is an hour and it is an opportunity for me to best understand how you are needing support and the challenges you are facing, as well as a chance to get to know me and ultimately decide if you are comfortable working with me in vulnerability and authenticity.

Coaching packages generally consist of weekly sessions either an hour to 90 minutes in length for a duration of a month, however in some cases slightly shorter or longer depending on what is needed. 

Coaching with me covers the fundamental tools needed to navigate this beautiful experience called life, but to do so out of a place of alignment and not ego. 

The tools given are the essential to knowing how to work through shadow/trauma/inner child wounds, navigate difficult situations and people, how to align your energy body to full life force flow without limitations and how to use the laws of the universe to be able to live a life in your highest potential, claiming all the miracles waiting for you. This is the very bare minimum of what we cover together, the sessions themselves are deeply individual and the healing that arises from them is unexplainable.

It is my promise to you that post coaching with me, you will have everything you need to face anything life throws at you with grace, ease and a regulated nervous system. Moving you out of just surviving into ultimate thriving.
